These Pokemon Are Hatching From 2 KM Eggs During Pokemon Go's Eggstravaganza Event

pokemongoegg
Pokemon Go's Eggstravaganza is underway, giving players to collect special 2 KM eggs that hatch rare Pokemon. Most of the special Eggstravaganza eggs have Pokemon that typically hatch from 10 KM eggs, but we've learned that some players are still getting 5 KM and 10 KMs eggs as well.
So what Pokemon can you get from 2 KMs from the event? Well, players from /r/TheSilphRoad, a reddit community of Pokemon Go fans, have compiled a pretty comprehensive list of all the Pokemon they've hatched during the event's opening hours. While these Pokemon are all hatching from 2 KM eggs during this week, be warned that players are also still hatching 2 KM Pokemon from those eggs too. Here's the complete list:
Aerodactyl
Dunsparce
Eevee
Elekid
Girafarig
Grimer
Growlithe
Kofffing
Lapras
Larvitar
Lickitung
Magby
Miltank
Onix
Phanphy
Rhyhorn
Scyther
Shellder
Shuckle
Skarmory
Smoochum
Sneasel
Stantler
Sudowoodo
Tangela
Tyrogue
Wobbuffet
Wooper

In addition to the Pokemon listed above, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile are (at least temporarily) hatching from 5 KM eggs, while Porygon is hatching from a 10 KM egg.
The major shakeup in the egg pools aren't the only big changes to Pokemon Go during this weekend's event. Players can also earn double XP during the Eggstravaganza and collect more Pokemon candies with each Pokemon egg they hatch. Lucky Eggs are also 50% off during the Eggstravaganza to encourage players to earn even more experience points (and spend a little extra money on the game.)
The Eggstravaganza runs through Easter weekend and will end on April 20th. Hopefully, your area will experince some nice weather this weekend so you can spend time outside and get to hatching a bunch of eggs.

For Your Pokémon GO Mew Hunt, Here's Which Gen 1-3 Pokémon Can Be Ditto Now

Niantic Pokemon GO While the first Mews are already being collected by die-hard Pokémon GO fans, for most of us, the journey is going to take quite a bit longer . While the first few steps of the Mew “Special Research” quest are pretty easy, eventually, you’ll start running into a few walls like having to evolve a Gyarados or land an excellent curve throw (skill dependent, of course). But one of the “gates” is mostly based on luck. Professor Willlow seems to think Mew is disguising itself as other Pokémon, so it wants you to catch a Pokémon who can also do that. And you guessed it, that’s Ditto. Ditto was one of the Gen 1 stragglers introduced late into the game because I’m pretty sure it took a while for Niantic to figure out how to code him. But now, three generations later, Ditto no longer just appears as random Pidgeys and Ratattas, but rather a whole host of Gen 1-3 Pokémon. I had no idea what the full list of curre...
